The room comes equipped with a fridge, air conditioning, and an iron, and the location is fantastic, just next to the Croisette, restaurants.

The room we had included central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea makers. The staff was ready to assist, amiable people.

The pool area is nice. Separate room with an amazing terrace as well as a private patio. - A good choice of goodies for breakfast. - Extra care from the amicable staff. - Perfect location, only a 15-minute walk to La Croisette.

everything was amazing during 3 days, loved its unbeatable and excellent location close enough to cannes for the film festival as well as the beach, restaurants and market. we stayed here before and would love to return.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and seamless experience. the housekeeping was impeccable, and the amenities were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed lounging by the beautiful swimming pool in the peaceful garden area, surrounded by lush greenery. the outdoor settings were stunning, and the terrace was a perfect spot to relax. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the boulevard and the beach, making it easy to explore the city.

more attention could be given to providing a proper breakfast experience, as the options were limited and inconsistent. These improvements would further enhance the guest experience at this hotel.

Maison Carla Rosa Cannes is my go-to place in Cannes. I keep coming back because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, off-site car park, outdoor/heated swimming pool, lift/elevator, flat-screen TV, sun loungers. The staff even helped with evening plans. I'll be back for Christmas!

This hotel is conveniently located very close to the beach on a nice historic boulevard. the rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and clean, with luxurious bathrobes and Nuxe toiletries. the staff is friendly and accommodating, even waiting until 8 pm to welcome us with a bottle of wine and fresh strawberries. the terrace overlooks the pool and is perfect for relaxing. the hotel also offers a smart TV with streaming apps.

The hotel is currently affected by roadworks, which may cause some inconvenience.

This place's location is fantastic, as it is very close to restaurants, shopping, and the ocean, and it's just a short walk to Creperie de la Croisette.

Stayed in a posh place, felt like a queen with my terrace and pool view. Staff was super nice, waited for my royal arrival with wine and strawberries. The robes and toiletries made me feel even fancier. Loved it all.

Oh yes, I just hate having a private pool at my disposal, it's such a burden. Ugh.
